NYC Subway Experience

Concept Overview

The NYC subway is very contentious. Passengers can quickly and affordably get from point A to point B, but not without first dealing with several sources of annoyance, discomfort, and confusion. For this project, my UX team set out to investigate the problems that ail passengers as they make their daily commutes via subway. To keep the scope of the project manageable, we focused on NYU students traveling through the Jay Street MetroTech Station in Downtown Brooklyn. 

Design Thinking

We approached this project by using the double diamond design thinking process. This project focused specifically on the discover and define phases outlined in the first diamond, during which we conducted research and gathered key insights.
